Mayor Brandon Scott appears to be doing something right, but somehow this remarkable, record setting decline in violence doesn't quite make national headlines the way the opposite does

Now I got another doctor to give me 90 days worth. And I anticipate I may need it, lol

The lady who prescribed it to me told me to "take as needed up to twice a day" and then I learned online that I was supposed to take it twice a day every day. So I don't have the full effect, she prescribed 2 weeks' worth

Padilla is the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Immigration Subcommittee!
READ THAT AGAIN: The Immigration Subcommittee!
He is just doing his job!
Trump's regime is full on Nazi Gestapo.

I am so sorry that you are going through this and I hope your colleagues lost communication but are somehow OK. The world isn't watching right now and it probably feels hopeless, but your work very much matters

Here’s that image with alt text.
Without it, blind & low-vision people are excluded from accessing what you post, since screen-readers generally cannot do images (even images of text).
Also, search & mute words cover alt text, so it lets people find or avoid your post if they want to.

It's not really that big of a deal in the big scheme of things, I believed it, too until I saw somebody fact-check it. I've fallen for a few things like that

Maybe I'm just "too sensitive' but I don't think it's hilarious, I just don't. Out of all the messed up things about Trump, this is the one some people are fixating on and saying it makes him "unfit".
Meanwhile his admin is violently arrest Congress people for free speech. Wild AF

Oh, haha, my friend was born with organ issues and pees through a tube., Freaking hilarious. What winners we have here.
Yeah, some of my bad days were on a foley catheter in a hospital. So I don't think this is funny one bit. He's a fascist.

@gallego.senate.gov What’s your take on this one as a US Senator and former Marine? You need to speak up now! Silence is complicity!

I've heard of Botox being awesome for some people for various headache issues so it's really always individual I think

Oh...that's rough & in a flare, a two-hour ride can be bumpy and hot. It's not a very accessible treatment, is it? Maybe only where there are bigger cities or teaching hospitals.
I tried the botox in my face for the trigeminal stuff and I got relief only with the numbing agent then it came back

Treatment is so tricky but there are many tools, it can be hard going through them all But relief is worth it

Headache disorders are SO tricky and we all have different triggers etc. Be aware that sometimes there's a rebound headache after the initial numbing goes away. Usually 1-2 days after. Sometimes it takes a few treatments to see the full benefit.
I wish your loved one well! Don't let them give up

I'd had them before but just had surgery a month ago for trigeminal neuralgia. We had no idea whether the occipital neuralgia would improve or worsen. Sadly, it got worse, and everything is inflamed, I'm getting migraines, too. It's like starting treatment over in a way.

Technically, I won't be quitting meds even then. We may start tapering, who knows?

I also have this autoimmune disease that can interfere but I think it's likely the renal tubular acidosis. My appointment isn't until late August so I hope my kidneys don't end up affected somehow

Yeah, fuck that! LOL I have a good friend who was also born disabled, and she's taught me a lot. Also, I can text her from the hospital and get advice, since she's been at a hospital almost every week of her life. She's got priceless advice

Its not semantics to talk disability justice. I'm talking my experience. And you can block MAGA, you don't HAVE to engage them and if you've blocked them, then only Dems see what you say. But fine, it's disability that's the issues. Disabled people like me suck for caring
I get it, I really do
