Question for people more technical than I… if I go to one of those dubious pay-or-accept-cookies-to-read websites and use the Apple “hide distracting features” function to get rid of the popup, do I get tracked even if I haven’t agreed to accept? And if so does that constitute a breach of gdpr?

I am over 40, and I still don't understand how to eat a hard-shell taco. Either it disintegrates, the content falls out the far side as I bite, or I wind up with each mouthful only having one component instead of a balanced mix. Usually, all 3 of those happen.
