Uber Eats have sent me at least an E-mail a month to tell me that I have a 'last chance' to get a discount on my next five orders, or to remind me that they have told me.
I have used Uber Eats once, about two years ago....

Someone, somewhere probably needs to be sent a SHOUTY E-mail of some kind.
I'd use the delivery error as an excuse to try and get the items for free, but then of course I would. I'm known for my reluctance to spend. If I drop a pound coin, it hits me on the head when I go to pick it up....
