There's never enough time to watch, read, listen to, and play all the media I want to. I'm one of the Muppet nerds from @toughpigs.com (he/him)

And Nick at Nite used to be for shows other than Friends.

The guy who created the EPA? Sure, why not?

Comedy doesn't always translate. Of those shows, I've only seen Monty Python... and just like most sketch shows (including SNL), I'd say it's often great and occasionally bad. Some of SNL's longtime appeal is the performers who went on to become big movie stars later.

I think some of them participated more actively in the 40th special (and the 25th). It was great to see Garrett do an intro, at least!

of thing I like to see from the FF. Then there's a story where a bunch of billionaires have banded together to build a replica of Earth that they claim will be a safehouse for all mankind, but it turns out they're lying and they're just planning to use it for themselves. Dang.

Their licensees could use some copy-editing. My wife Staci recently bought an official piece of Star Wars merchandise that misspelled Wookiee!

You think Mac wakes up in time for breakfast after staying up late hanging out at McDonald's?

I don't need it to be The World's Greatest Comic Adaptation. I'd just like it to not be a slog.

I've been content for them not to be part of the MCU, which is mostly darker than the comics. But I'm cautiously optimistic about First Steps. I'm not going to watch the trailer online, but if it shows up the next time I'm at the movie theater, I won't be mad.

happen because Shapiro said "Hey, Chevy! My daughters have this cute routine they do in the living room. Can you get them on your show?" It's an odd fit, even for the less-clearly-defined first season.

Oh boy, I love it when I try to pause a show but I can't, so I press the back button, and then when I try to resume, it starts all over again and I have to find my place. I LOVE it.

Great article! I like your emphasis on the speech about conforming from "Eye of the Beholder." I've been watching and/or re-watching the whole series recently, and I was so surprised by that. I had no memory of it, and all people ever say about that episode is the twist about her appearance.

This is an intriguing notion. It would be nice to be able to answer "Ryan, you're not dancing?!" with "Sure I am. I'm right over there!"

I wanna say the fact that I know people there makes it worse? I have no interest in participating because nothing about it seems fun, but if I did, I'm convinced that I'd look like the biggest dweeb in the world in front of everyone.

I don't understand why people use it! Posting a funny video? Just let the humorous nature of the video speak for itself! Adding the world's most annoying laugh doesn't improve it!

Gonzo and his performer Dave Goelz have stated in interviews that Muppets From Space was "just a movie." I think the Muppet people realized it's more fun if Gonzo's species is ambiguous.
