Congress doesn’t have immunity like 🤡 does. S291 signed by Obama in 2011 says Congress can’t engage in insider trading. The only immunity they have is, they can’t be arrested while in session, or while traveling to or from session. But they can be arrested at their homes. SEC won’t because of 🤡 😡
