That would be a short term block until the case gets to the Supreme Court. Then they would approve the action. The current SC majority isn’t concerned with legality, only power. We are standing amidst the ruins of a democracy.

Legality is not a problem for the orange man. Ultimately the courts will back him. And even though Congress is narrowly republican, I don’t see much opposition pushback. There are dems supporting his cabinet picks. Discouraging as hell.

Agree but Congress and Judicial aren’t going to stop him. And it seems some dem sens are even voting for his cabinet picks. Lower courts may push back, but that will only delay.
