If you are ever talking to the police (which you shouldn’t be) and they read you your Miranda Rights and ask if you want to waive them and keep talking, your answer should be no. They suspect you of a crime. Ask for a lawyer immediately and STFU.

If a police officer ever asks you to take a polygraph to “clear your name” or “prove” you are innocent, immediately refuse. This is especially true if you are innocent. They are trying to trap you. NEVER submit to a polygraph. EVER. Don’t answer any questions and get a defense lawyer immediately.
