I want off this planet, ASAP.

“The soft power suicide of the U.S. will be incomprehensible to future historians who will be dumbfounded in their attempts to explain why the global leader voluntarily wrecked one of its greatest national assets...” www.nytimes.com/2025/06/24/b...

We love you God?

I am so tired. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

So much winning.

For those who do not have access or care to go to Twitter for the video, here is the video of the U.S. Secretary of the Army stating that there is currently a soldier on the moon:

Texas Republicans just passed a bill forcing every teacher to post the Ten Commandments in their classroom. They passed it on the Sabbath… breaking the 4th Commandment. Maybe they should try following the Ten Commandments before mandating them.

If I were the owner of the @washingtonpost.com, I would not do a deal with the people who dismembered my columnist. Seems like a low bar, but Bezos managed to not clear yet another one. The world is awash in capital and that this is the choice should tell you all. He’s so poor, all he has is money.

The Supreme Court heard a case today seeking to establish the nation's first religious public charter school in Oklahoma. We filed a brief urging the court to block the creation of this school. Public schools can’t be religious.

Two vile humans. The guy pretending to be a journalist with this obvious setup, and Stephen Miller.

Brooke Rollins: "This president has never, ever governed by poll. He's never worried about this poll yesterday or that poll tomorrow." Let’s go to the tape.

🚨 Damning. Depressing. Infuriating. Just a few words that will occur to Ohioans watching the two-hour HBO documentary “Ohio Confidential,” walking through the First Energy/HB6 scandal—scandal—the largest bribery scandal in Ohio history and a case study of how dark money and 1/

Comer continues to be a scumbag.

NEW from @accountablegop.bsky.social: Republicans denounce federal government for targeting those who disagree with the administration. “If we are going to respect the rule of law, the apparatus of the federal government cannot and should not be used as a partisan tool to bludgeon your enemies.”

Anonymous dem congressman is ok with it because he’s a hairdresser.

Intel delayed. Three Microsoft data centers cancelled. NIOSH and other federal jobs gone. Now a paper mill in Chillicothe closes. One gut punch after the next in Ohio. Ohio ranks 45th in recent GDP growth, and it shows…

The skeleton key to understanding reactionary conservatism is quite simple: they are scared, all the time, of everything.

This is some hilarious whiny entitled bullshit.

🚨 If you’re continuously stunned by the behavior of gerrymandered GOP representatives in the world of Citizens United, don’t be. Here’s how to think of them: They are no longer public servants. Improving public outcomes is not their goal. Nor do they do better in life… 1/

This administration fired 423 SW Ohioans from NIOSH. Over 100 members of Congress joined our letter demanding they get their jobs back.👇🏼 www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/n...

In 2018, Trump tweeted: "Because of Tariffs we will be able to start paying down large amounts of the $21 trillion in debt that has been accumulated." That’s not how it played out. (Published 2021)

Is it really too much to ask media outlets reporting on invading Greenland & Canada to lead with "THIS IS WILDLY ILLEGALLY UNDER BOTH OUR NATO AND UN TREATY COMMITMENTS, WHICH ARE ALSO PART OF US LAW"? The normalization of this is wildly inappropriate & there is no excuse for it.

23andMe should give every user a real choice to say “no” to a data transfer in this bankruptcy and ensure that any buyer makes real privacy commitments. If you're looking to delete your data and destroy your DNA sample, here's how.

This week, the genetic testing company 23andMe filed for bankruptcy, which means the genetic data the company collected on millions of users is now up for sale. If you do not want your data included in any potential sale, it’s a good time to ask the company to delete it.

how is this real life? how are any of these people in charge of their own bedtimes and toys let alone the united states of america? "The spokesman confirmed the veracity of the signal group, 'This appears to be an authentic message chain'...” www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...

From an operational security perspective, this is the highest level of fuckup imaginable. These people cannot keep America safe.

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back. This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008. Also bigger than the 2024 DNC. And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

Totally normal.

DeWine, Husted and the Ohio GOP have taken the 5th best system of public education (in 2010) in the country and tanked it via privatization schemes and scams and scandals. We’re now in the mid-20s. So in one way, it’s fitting that he’s w Trump today. Still, what a disgrace.

We reported on this a few days ago, but I want to point out this headline because this is where we are at. A bill in Arkansas would ban gender affirming HAIRCUTS for transgender youth. HAIRCUTS. This is a straight up North Korea state sanctioned hairstyle proposed law for youth.

The proposal doesn’t indicate how agencies are supposed to verify an individual’s immigration status or how the reports will avoid counting individuals multiple times.

Is any Democratic senator circulating a petition to get signatures of ten Dem senators (20% of the conference) to force a meeting of the conference? Will anyone step forward to challenge Schumer, and can some number of senators insist at such a meeting on a vote on whether to replace the leader?
