The endurance piece of it stands out. I don't walk frequently, and my upper body mobility is poor. The posture exercise of putting my forearms vertical on a wall behind me is almost impossible
In short, I do believe those muscles are weak

we've had no rain since Sep 5 and outside of two days last week, it's looked like this for over a month
