Alice Cooper is resurrecting living members of his original band after more than 5 decades for an album of 14 tracks with: guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway and drummer Neil Smith. The album is dedicated to Glen Buxton, who died in 1997. Taped solos of Buxton will also be featured.

Yes, "a kid in a candy store". I zeroed in on this 1964 Gibson SG and played it for 15 minutes in a sound booth. A beautiful instrument that brings The Doors' Robbie Krieger and Chicagoan Pete Dankelson of Pete's Diary to mind. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

First real guitar I played as a kid, an Ovation Custom. Kept it for years. Rang out with a very bright sound, and had to get used to the round back. The Custom Balladeer was out of reach for my limited budget. This was taken at Chicago Music Exchange.
