The people busy yelling about this probably couldn't name a single women's pro team or player. They have zero interest in women's sports except as leverage for their pet bigotry. We need to stop letting people who hate us pretend they're saving us.

Trans people have never been a threat. If people really wanted to help women's sports, they could:
- Invest in more sports for kids
- Address abuse in pro leagues and youth sports development
- Equal revenue sharing and facilities for pro leagues
- End pregnancy discrimination
- Watch one (1) game

I'm a 6'3" cis woman who played basketball into my 30s. I've bullied 6' cis men in coed rec leagues. I've been bullied by 6' cis women in pro-am leagues. Banning trans people won't protect me, but it will make the sport worse:
- Fewer people can play
- People who aren't "fem" enough will be harassed

Frankly it seems like you've invented a group of voters to be mad at. I'd invite you to consider that using a genocide to score political points this way is not helpful to anybody in the US or Palestine.

Like, if that's true, then shouldn't it make everyone angrier at the Dems for throwing it away? I don't see what being mad at people with a genuine moral issue - "if I don't say no to genocide, what is my line?" - achieves for anybody

On the topic of Palestine specifically, if people who sat out the election due to that issue alone were a large enough voting bloc to change the outcome (and they may well have been), I don't see how blaming them makes any sense.

That anger is better focused at Biden and Harris, who forced American voters into this position though their own desire to ethnically cleanse Palestine

Judging by that picture, you were so inspired by your word of the year, you had a whole conference where you rawdogged the air during an active pandemic

It looks like you aren't eligible for matching donations in Benevity - if you can get that fixed it will help w corporate match. (Apparently it's bc a form needs to be filled out)

$50,000 to this fund would give the volunteers a little time to do all of the other work they have to do. Fundraising constantly is time-consuming and difficult. donorbox.org/support-the-... - Does anyone who follows me have connections that might support this work with a significant donation?
