そうです。
こちら(英国)ではかなり前から出回っていて、特に若年層への浸透が多く問題になってます。健康、環境、資源等の問題で今年の6月からは使い捨てvapeの販売は禁止になります。

それぞれのSNSで意図や関係が違うので、自分なりに対応すれば良いと思います。それぞれの場でフォローやブロックの違いもあるし、所詮はSNSは公共性の強いものは緩い繋がり、強い繋がりはもっと閉鎖的なもので適応されていると思います。一般的な会話をするか知人友人達との会話や繋がりを作るのが目的かの違いで変わってくるのかも知れないかと…
