One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ? They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses. That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue. The cost of tariffs isn’t just the cost of the tariff

I realized today that Trump, Musk, DOGE, Vance, Miller, Vought and their many collaborators have broken so many laws already that they know they have to destroy our government and entire way of life to stay out of jail. This is all or nothing. We should respond accordingly.

The facts are, the ACA saved millions with pre-existing conditions and set standards for care. But now, more than a decade later, with what we now know, it’s time to take the insurance companies out of the mix. The subsidies they get are enormous. We don’t need them as middlemen.
