This is the most wretched campaign of deliberate, explicit persecution the United States has perpetrated against a minority group in decades. Many of the most important people in politics and journalism are busying themselves trying to figure out how little to say or do about it.

Been watching the Sopranos for the first time (currently on season 5). Chris is obvi terrible in so many ways, but I’m really appreciating his sobriety arc in these later seasons. I think the show’s getting a lot of things right about the journey of sobriety and all its challenges

This is like saying parents saved money by not feeding their kids as much and skipping doctors’ appointments. People were actually using the services he’s killed off, among them veterans.

Had an incredible time at the Columbus Fury match last night (great win, ladies!!) 🏐🔥⚡️ During the pre-game ceremony, each player tosses a tiny vball into the stands when they’re introduced I caught one, and then got some autographs after the match, including from a couple of my favorite players!😊

Emailed a potential new dentist, asking if the staff wear n95’s. They called me and said 1) no appt openings until October (‼️) and 2) yes they “have n95’s in the office but they don’t wear them” …….. they didn’t even offer to wear them for my appointment Coolcoolcool

Love isn't seasonal and neither is Covid. You can show people you care by wearing a well-fitted mask and protecting them from infection that could result in long-term, debilitating symptoms.

Breaking the chain of transmission shows a lot of love. Anyone -adults and children- can be debilitated by Covid, even well after the acute phase (initial symptoms), which is why Long Covid has been referred to as a mass-disabling event.
