And to tell such a personal story. Risking absolute humiliation! A brave move.

If I was doing a star trek show it'd be like ER but alien illnesses. Crazy parasites and interspecies sexually transmitted diseases. Gates McFadden Director General. Think about it.

Was good fun! Original was apparently the first movie released on DVD. Came out in 1996!

These films were great fun. They definitely could've got a bit more mileage out of them.

They've been on the go around 40 years and still actively touring. Some of it leans towards more space rock/gong territory, other tracks more dub ambient. My favourite albums are probably 1990's Erpland, 1993's Jurassic Shift but their most recent output 2023's Lotus Unfolding is great too.

I absolutely loved this. Really up my street. Reminded me of some of the most ambient stuff from Ozric Tentacles/Ed Wynne/Nodens Ictus.

It's called Chairman Of The Board (Interpretations Of Songs Made Famous By Frank Sinatra). Quite hard to find out much more about it though.
Shame you missed out on seeing him!

Sounds like a bad cover of a Leonard Cohen song.
