@weissmann11.bsky.social Not "neigh," on-going. Why is Section 3 of the 14th Amendment not apart of the conversation? I understand SCOTUS's Trump v Anderson ruling, but if Section 3 is self-executing, does not Trump remain illegitimate in the absence of congressional enforcement?
