Wow. DC Court just extended trial for remedies in U.S. v Google I (search) to fourteen days. A reminder the entire U.S. v Google II trial (imminent decision) in EDVA took fifteen days. Fireworks in court today, mostly around Apple’s intervention needs -> wants which it doesn’t seem likely to get. /1
