Made Artichoke fritters using the Malanga fritters recipe found in the In Stars And Time manual! They didn't sell malangas here, so artichoke was the closest I could find. They're actually pretty good, although I used way too much carrot, so it tastes like grated carrots if it isn't hot enough 😅
