Let’s be real – the facts are the real victims here. They keep being overlooked in favour of fuelling culture wars. 1/3

Thinking of everyone experiencing PMDD this #PMDDAwarenessMonth (and every other month!). We see you 💙 Thanks so much to @ellaharding.illustrates (Insta) for the beautiful illustration.

A powerful, timely and needed 🧵 from @mindcharity.bsky.social 💛 🏳️‍⚧️

Yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling will feel heavy for many of us - especially the trans community. The mental health toll of public debate, constant scrutiny in the media, and legal decisions like this is profound. For trans people, this isn’t just political or legal. It’s personal. Exhausting. 1/4

Mental Health Awareness Week is just over a month away 📅 This year, we’re bringing awareness to the fact that mental health is everything. It’s more than just a small part of our lives. It’s connected to every little thing we do, every place we go and every person around us.

While stress isn't a mental health condition, the two are closely related – stress can result in poor mental health, and poor mental health can result in stress. In #StressAwarenessMonth, here are a few things that may help ease some stress 💙

We know lots of you have been feeling heavy with the news about benefit cuts. It's not good enough. Our mental health is getting worse, and cutting benefits won't help. Your words hold power. Will you email your MP, and make sure your voice is heard? 1/2 campaigns.mind.org.uk/page/169139/...

Seasonal affective disorder affects people differently at different times of year. Just because the days are getting brighter doesn’t mean you’re going to feel brighter. Sometimes it’s the opposite. Remember if you’re impacted by the changing season, you’re not alone 💙

Mother’s Day can be painful for so many reasons. We send our love and support to all of you struggling today 💙 Thanks so much to @ellaharding.illustrates (insta) for her lovely illustration.

Yesterday, the UK government confirmed that mental health spending as a share of the NHS budget fell last year in England - and is set to fall again next year. 1/3 www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/mental-health-nhs-funding-wes-streeting-b2723146.html

We understand the news about welfare cuts might feel overwhelming and scary right now. Please know you’re not alone. We’re fighting hard behind the scenes to challenge the government’s decisions. If you’re struggling, need support, or just need someone to talk to, we’re right here with you 💙📞

🧵The welfare cuts announced today mean people don’t know how they’ll survive. Some fear they’ll have no choice but to take their own lives. This government must take responsibility for the impact of the Spring Budget on the mental health crisis. 1/5 #SpringStatement
