The interactions with the AI celebs would likely still be more heartfelt and true than those of the real one.

Nah it was smart phones and normies using the internet through social media that ruined it.

When s design becomes do standardized it becomes boring. I guess that's why we remember fondly off model depictions of those characters from the early days when things weren't as strict.

Vintage XE style! Nice to see articles again and not just new podcast/funpack posts.

Still wish Bluesky did something new to entice people to come here. It's difficult to stand out when there's 4 other Twitter clones trying to take users from X and we'll X still existing.

It especially happens to "small" creators like me and 'big' accounts just profit from someone else's work.
Gutsy of them to steal your content, especially since you're bigger. But I guess they try to go for a far more casual audience far removed from yours so they think they can get away with it.

Polly pocket has constantly been on toy shelves though. Mighty max hasn't been in the stores for almost 3 decades.

In the same thought process, what makes Blue sky so great right now is that it's small. Engagement is low so 'influencers' don't dominate the takes on things. It's refreshing.

Twitter is like Dinosaur Dracula. It gets updates.
Bluesky is like X-Entertainment. It gets hiatuses.
