I fought hard for her, but it seems clear that they're not coming to save us. I think we the people need to start having serious tactical discussions about how to counter what's really going on right now. It's much more complex than I think most people realize:

I mean, the conservative movement does not happen/could not happen without billions of dollars buying off people and judges.
It’s also not a war on “the left.” It’s a war on science and human progress.
And it represents our civilization’s pull to suicide.

Here is a screenshot of our Mayor's initial announcement of frozen funding in rrgards to an infrastructure/safety project on our town's FB page. Since then, several other projects (most directly fire related and approved in 2022-3) have had funding frozen.

Talent Oregon. 1/3 of our town was destroyed in the wildfires in 2020. We had 3 infrastructure projects that were approved as part of the federal rebuilding legislation and were on track to start this spring. All projects had federal funds pulled with no explanation.
