I have this urge for next year not to worry about my backlog, but spend it getting the platinum in all Final Fantasy titles and other JRPGs… I’m not even much of a completionist/trophy hunter but it’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while.

I don’t know what it is about Dragon Quest V but I am so hooked! I first played this game many years ago and got towards the end but never reached credits. Perfect time to restart and so far it is just so good!

The live performance for Arcane was beyond beautiful. Every year, The Game Awards always gets me super fixated on a specific song and this year didn’t disappoint. The Line was incredible <3

How do your recover once you’ve finished a masterpiece of a game? I finished Metaphor over the weekend and I feel lost. It was perfect! I’m scared to dive into anything else I’ve been anticipating because I know it won’t live up to the 115+ hours I’ve experienced.

If Metaphor: ReFantazio is not up for a GOTY nomination at this year’s Game Awards, I’ll definitely be done with that show entirely. This game is incredible! I am loving it so damn much, the story has got me in a chokehold. From a person who is still bitter Xenoblade 3 didn’t win best music!

I want to still hold out hope that Xenoblade Chronicles X will come to the Switch or even the new Switch. If it does, I’m replaying all of them. I miss Xenoblade so much. That series is just so special.

My shelves are super rough at the moment. I have shelves across my office dedicated to specific series. My Yoko Taro / Nier / Drakengard shelf has outgrown and I’ve run out of room! Also Voice of Cards is an amazing, chill trilogy and I WISH it had a physical release.

Mario Party has always been such a huge comfort game for me - been playing since 2 came out on the N64. I don’t know what it is about Jamboree but I just felt right at home. Online though was rough! I’ve made the move finally. I just needed that push. Hi! I love Video Games and in particular JRPG’s. Maybe I can use this space to brain dump my thoughts on all the wonderful experiences I’ve had. I’m a huge lover of Final Fantasy, Atelier, Persona, Xenoblade, Nier, Yakuza and so much more ^_^
