❗️Financial troubles hit OK state park restaurants AGAIN, with over $250K unpaid to the state.
It took the OTRD 6 months to turn over records to us showing after the 2nd month in business, payments were late or unpaid.

Thank you! I'm looking at options for being able to do more than a one-off because I've had a couple people ask before if I could make t-shirts before and I've made some fun designs on procreate that I think might sell okay

Yeah they have to be junk food and we treat them like it, but she loves them so much it's hard not to turn to the milkbone for easy motivation when we need her to do something lol

I didn't know until I had a DO and asked him about it. He even taught me some stretches and showed Evan some things can help with to safely pop my lower back at home. Maybe your pediatrician will know an adult DO that does it?
anyway even he wouldn't do neck adjustments bc dangerous! Just stretches

Go see a DO! A doctor osteopath can do the back cracks safely! I miss my DO in Texas lol I had a twice a month appointment just for back cracks after I met my deductible lol
