The Ohio House walked back some cuts to libraries in the proposed budget, but The Public Library Fund (PLF) that guaranteed libraries would receive 1.7% of Ohio’s General Revenue Fund has still been changed to a line item appropriation leaving it vulnerable to cuts or even elimination. Keep yelling!
