Okay but for real, this is super important. Nobody told me about the dangers of chronic jaw clenching until my jaw hinge ground itself to a point on one side. Now I'm in constant pain and I wear a custom mouth guard every night so I don't wake up with lockjaw. It can't be fixed. Don't be me.
