In 1939, two dictators—Hitler & Stalin—agreed to carve up Eastern Europe in the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact under the guise of a peace treaty. Today, two dictators—Trump & Putin—are starting “peace talks” about Ukraine. One wonders how the Rubio-Lavrov Pact will carve up Eastern Europe this time?
