8/ The thing about too performing is its not sexy. Its daily recommitment and self respect. I want to be there for my kids. I want to see the future. I want to die on my feet. I don’t want to burden others and blame society for being sick and broken. Its immoral. My health is on me. No excuses.

7/ Eat like you value your body Would you put unleaded in a Ferrari? Of course not. We all have billion dollar bodies but most of us put literal poisonous garbage inside. Get the apps Yuka and Think Dirty. Scan everything. Use and eat nothing with hazardous ingredients (you will be surprised)

6/ Move hourly Your body has to move to take out the garbage by pumping the lymph system. The more you move and the more variation the better you are chemically and mechanically. Shoot for 10 k steps / day and pick up a safe sport to do casually. I play tennis with my wife a few days a week.

4/ Sleep professionally Your entire life is filtered through your sleep. Studying and working put is pointless without good sleep. Do. Not. Play. I sleep and wake at the same time daily with 15 m deviation or less. The best purchases here are an eight sleep smart bed, nightmask, and earplugs.

3/ Experiment & Measure for the Next 100 Years If you don’t measure you will not improve. Use companies like mydnaage or trudiagnostic to measure you biological age at the top level. When you have a theory about bloodwork use siphox health, or your body comp use bodyspec, etc. Do not guess.

2/ Commit The thing about longevity is the early you start the more you get. Compliance and discipline are the name of the game. You have to value yourself and your time more than booze and sleeping in.

1/ Understand whats at stake 20 years of life is on the table. People routinely live past 100 and science tells us the controlling factors are lifestyle. If you live well you not only live longer but you have a better life. Die on your feet not bedridden with dementia.

Boy, what isn't 😛 So far: 1. bad motherboard (replaced) 2. severed wire on a left servo The current issue is a mystery, I'm bisecting through the hardware. ...somehow that's more palatable to me than packing it back up for a return! 😂
