Even the 2021 Habs were getting complaints because their D were getting away with constant cross checks. It still comes down to what the league/refs allow teams to do to win.

You are right to a certain degree. Having big guys that can hit and play is a huge factor. Having refs that donāt call the dangerous illegal injury causing hits is also a factor. Itās prevalent every game and it has to stop.
