I don't get it! Like sure stan a king with boundaries but the way he shut down the second he heard something he didn't like is a major red flag. Gave me "nice guy" vibes. It's almost like he went on the show knowing he didn't want to get engaged but still wanted to be on TV.

That being said the fact that I'm even watching is a testament to how good the show is. I don't watch scripted TV as a rule because it almost always falls apart. There's still a long way to go before severance hits the "Lost" point of no return.

I agree with you, his resentment of the company grew throughout the first season that makes sense for how aggressive/desperate his character is now. But since when did he have these detective skills? How did he figure out helly is Eagan?
