Yes I'm angry! Yet hate will not change Trump it only adds to the ideology behind his cult of personality and Trumpism.It's my actions that are going to change the way he has power. It's how I organize and how I support the voiceless in times of crises in times of suffering in times like these.

I continue to experience the diversity of the many "Buddhas" that enlighten the living spectrum of the dharma. I have truly embrace the beginner's mind as a sojourner through the intertwining branches of Zen/Chan/Bon teachings. Zenju for me has deepened the teachings and diversity of Zen priests.

"To A Young Poet" by Zaina Alsous. This poem for me encompasses speaking truth to power. How hate can infect our hearts and minds and see the "Other" as the vessel of all our collective pain.

After reading this article I came across the article about Repair cafes. How the workings of human interconnection rise when compassion and loving kindness are our guides in our everyday lives.

Could this be an expression of the dharma of the sangha. The actions of taking care of the each other and the Planet. Maybe this is also a teaching from the heart and the hands that help repair a broken way of modern life in the global North.

As a newbie to Zen/Chan Buddhism I'm finding the historical pathways of Zen/Chan teachers a guide in the many conversations I'm having. To be truly at peace in my heart and to live fully into the dharma. The journey begins the destination the moment between each breath.
