“I was just following orders.” didn’t not work during the Nuremberg trials
And it won’t work now…

You should. Red states like to whine about the "mooches" in blue states, but are more than fine being the ones who are actually taking the most aid. The only way places like this will change is if they're forced to. (I live in one such taker state, I feel confident in that particular assessment ha)

I feel this. I'm also in a red state and can't help but watch as all these farmers are feeling the FO and going, "We warned you."
I saw something like 75% of what is grown in my state is exported to Canada/Mexico, and farmers were suddenly worried about the tariffs hurting them. Shame it's too late.

Marriage is an easy explanation of a name change.

Very, very stupid. I come from an area with a high Native American population, and they are nastier to Natives here than any other group. It's embarrassing.

Hello, i know this advice wasn't "meant for me" but it was definitely MEANT FOR ME
May I ask for some more info to point me towards it? This sounds amazing.

Yeah! I remember so desperately wanting to be "into" so many of the shows and whatnot that my friends were in school and I just. . . Wasn't. All my brain wanted to hear about was the MCU. I hope you're able to find something interesting soon!

I saw it too, and it just made me so angry. It felt like a cheap attempt to get people to love AI while also completely ignoring the history behind what they're stealing.

Also, earlier this month, they sent out a notice asking people not to use their ovens to keep houses warm, which just strikes me as odd. Like, yes, safety concerns, but also if you know your heat isn't working to keep houses sufficiently warm, do something about it?

They did actually come this time. Genuinely amazed. Probably going to get yelled at for the space heater, but when we can't get the house above 65°F and it's <10°F most of the time, IDGAF, it's too fucking cold.

I love it. They're releasing a second one sometime this year!

Awwwww. Gale reminds me of my husband but with a lot of the things I love about him stripped away so he just rubs me the wrong way 😅 I see the appeal though.
I'm actually doing the Karlach run with my bf and he's playing Shadowhart. Our save name is Karheart.

I feel this. I'm doing something similar of playing Karlach to romance Wyll because I wish I could romance them both.

I'm doing the same thing with Outer Worlds. I'm on my 3rd start (I picked up the game for the first time in December) and I'm contemplating making a different choice in a singular spot just to see how it works out at the end, but that's the only one that will be different! And that, to me, is good.

I had a PT today (who is actually taking me seriously) who heard just a few of the stories from my husband and was suddenly much more understanding about why I'm scared to tell med professionals that their suggestions aren't working. She didn't even hear the worst ones, and she was horrified. 2/2

My great-grandfather had that happen! He recovered enough they sent him to a nursing facility (he quickly regressed and passed less than a month after he left the hospice house. I have opinions on the reasons but I'm not sure they matter too much as it was a decade+ ago)

Out of print. When I had issues trying to ship the book back, where the post office was refusing the prepaid sticker, they said to just keep the book. I'll probably go and learn 2e just to run from that beautiful book!

I play/occasionally run PF1E and I love it. I love the support that Paizo gives online, too. They accidentally had the 2e Kingmaker book set up as the 1e one, which I thought I'd gotten lucky to find the 1e in print on their website. They gave me the pdfs of the 1e module for free because it's 1/2

Gravity Falls is a favorite, along with Phineas and Ferb. An anime I enjoyed was "I didn't want to get hurt so I maxed out my defense". Another im currently enjoying (haven't finished) is Dragon Goes House Hunting.

I've heard a story (not sure of veracity) that basically a Canadian force was camped across from some G. Nazis who were dealing with ration issues. . . Long story short, one day, the canned food was a grenade instead.
