Tl;dr, Lagrange had numerous face-to-face meetings on the investigation (she claims she wasn’t in the loop), multiple ministries were allegedly involved including Health, Mental Health and Addictions, Treasury and Finance, and the Premiers office itself. & Athana has receipts. Heads should roll.
