IMHO part of tackling dysphoria is accepting your body may, at times, fit outside “the data on women.” Data that is biased toward social beliefs and specific races, regions, etc Look. Statistically, 98 or 99% of women also don’t have a penis — but most of us now accept that women can have penises

Cis allies—something that would help is increased recognition of transmisogyny. 🧵 These efforts often explicitly target TRANS WOMEN, much like shown here, but that distinction is often erased in the responses of allies. Transmisogyny is a driver of anti-trans hate and fighting it is essential.
