I very much agree with you. We need to learn to express our needs and stop sacrificing our freedom just to keep a paycheck.

How do you overcome fear? I’m curious about how others do it.

I think that fearlessness is a process, being brave is being in the path of fearlessness.

To me, the opposite of fear 😰 is freedom ⛓️‍💥 Just ask yourself: what would you do, if you wake up one day without any fear?

Change is like entering into a dark room 🕯️. The discomfort triggers our fears, but our purpose and determination, creativity and resilience help us see the world 🌎 for what it is, not what we imagine it to be, as a result of heightened fearful 😧 emotions.

… it fades away. But of course we are talking about psychological fear that becomes an obstacle 🤬 Some fear patterns are good alerts ‼️ specially the ones that are instinctual and try to protect our body and life 👫 Being brave is understanding fear, not avoiding it.

1. Learn about the nature of fear 2. Create your own definitions for the concepts that matter to you 3. Define your purpose in life as a statement in present tense (not as something to do for the future)

I relate with your message. I’m working on avoiding interruptions. I know I need to be more clear about my priorities.

I stead, we concluded, we need to find ways to generate value in community. For example, you want to learn about a topic, we find who in the community knows about it and organize a call. We channel the need, create the space, find alternatives, make every participant valuable.

Then when I see in retrospective I can see how lucky 🍀 I am for having such a good friends, live in such a beautiful place, and even for having the luxury of being able to rest and reflect.

When I hit a low season, I rest, spend more time in nature, talk with my friends and try to get clarity. I always find it. Then I decide to take action. Sometimes I get surprised 😳 in the process with positive and unexpected situations.
