I am so tired with sask party fighting feds instead of focusing on provincial issues. Just get us what we need locally.

Someone misheard the instructions. He thought they said "we need more meth" instead of "math".

I am hoping some lawyer, not afraid of Trump retaliation, will take this on pro Bono and sue the living shit out of everyone associated with this atrocity.

Here's a story. When I was 5 years old, I was learning to print my initials. One day I practiced on the wall. My father asked me if I knew who wrote on the wall. I said it wasn't me but was probably my younger sister. These guys lie like a 5 year old.

This issue is what finally severed my relationship with the Catholic chu5. I had plenty of beefs beforehand though.

Start with addressing the determinants of health...affordable housing, employment, education, food security, etc. Population health experts know that addressing these factors improve health and longevity.

Sounds like a really nice, sane guy.

/3 The new leader is widely thought to be Mark Carney and he rapidly overtaking the conservative leader in polling. Trudeau's unpopularity not withstanding, Canadians will unite with our leaders in opposition to American bullying.

/2 The non confidence vote would have triggered a federal election. The problem with that is the Liberals were tanking in the polls and likely would have lost. So he porogued Parliament (as he can do) and resigned as leader until the party elects a new leader, in a couple of weeks.
comment in response to post
Nope. He overstayed his welcome as PM and likely should have resigned about a year ago. He had a minority government but was being supported by a third political party (the NDP). That party has said it intends to withdraw its support and he would then face a vote of non confidence in Parliament.

Boy, you truly don't know anything about how Canadian governance and our political system work, do you?

Trump surrenders to Russian compramat for a Putin win. No matter what Ukraine thinks. How sad that Americans allow a corrupt compromised leader to support an advesery to seize land. Oh wait...wants to do the same thing hi self.

How can the American public stomach this? Such corruption

We are still mad. Don't think for a minute that we won't continue to boycott American goods and services, refuse to travel to the US and seek new trading partners.

A fentanyl czar??? What is one more civil servant, I guess.

Ever watch the movie about Winston Churchill starring (I think) Gary Oldman? Churchill is contemplating surrender but talks to the public to find out that they want him to fight to the end. Like that.

Latest polls I saw showed a small amount of conservative voters moving to Libs. Mostly NDP and Greens moving to Libs. But that will undoubtedly change after this weekend

She is seen to be too closely aligned with Trudeau.
comment in response to post
Polievere (seen by many as Trump lite) was doing well while Trudeau was still the leader. Since deciding to step down, and Carney entering the leadership race, Libs have gained about 10 points. That was before this weekend's shit show.
comment in response to post
Support has been moving to Libs since Carney entered the race. About a 10 point gain. Polliviere is seen as Trump lite and that was helping him. That may change a lot, now.
comment in response to post
Sorry that was a typo. S/b 10 points

American national anthem boo'd at last night's game in Ottawa. That is so unlike us so that paints a pretty good picture of how we feel so betrayed and angry.
