ICE has conditioned us to think their sole purpose is kidnapping. Now when LE serves a legitimate warrant, if one ICE guy shows up everyone assumes it’s a kidnapping, and they could wrongly assault LE. Odds on ICE uses it as further proof they should be in plainclothes.
