Very much so. The Iran talks have stalled, but not failed yet. If they do fail, I think Israel would bomb Iran almost immediately. Likely with our help.

I think it’s probably likely that it will pass the Senate (I hope I’m wrong here), but I just hope it does so in a radically different format.
The issue they’re facing is that about 6 Republicans all have different things they hate about the bill. Going to be hard to reconcile.

No way I could answer that all in limited space, but a good start would be reimplementing the Obama nuclear deal framework with Iran.
Then getting sane leadership in Israel, followed by implementing a true, lasting two state solution.

I’m hopeful that it will be removed by the Parliamentarian before the Senate votes on the bill. Barring that, I think it’s pretty clearly unconstitutional, especially for it to be retroactive.
I would expect a whole bunch of legal battles, but obviously nobody knows how SCOTUS would rule there.
