Specifically, at ~22:30 it is said that while Concorde has a tank volume of 116k liters, a typical 787 only had 34k.
However, a typical 787 can hold up to 34k gallons, which is about 126k liters, so roughly the same.

Pretty sure it is, at least some of it for some people.
I recall there’s studies about it at least for the US, but I’d have to check to confirm I’m remembering correctly.
