Made the jump from being a football manager in-game to doing it IRL. Best thing I’ve ever done!
Formed a community club that has consumed my life…just as well given the day job is less than exciting in financial services 😅

Still enjoying it just as much as the start - maybe moreso. Took the reigns of our new Sunday team this season. Slowly molding them into a proper unit, beginning to get results & seeing guys improve. Hugely rewarding.
