Today I remember the Republicans who sold out Reconstruction to the Democrats for an election.
Our leaders don't serve in the halls of power. Those misleaders are cowards working in the tradition of the same politicians who undermined the progress the striking slaves had made possible.

Newsom vetoed 3 bills last year that would have expanded opportunity and security for immigrants in California.
He blusters on TV to score polling points, but he only did that when LA rose up and fought back. Just in Feb he was still threatening more vetoes.
