Damn that sounds familiar! Different industries but once I hit a six figure salary suddenly I was worthy. When I left that job and took less money and came out I was once again a disgrace to the family name.

Did you find it all? Sorry I wasn’t on social media today (until now) but it looks like someone got you taken care of. Just download it to you computer so you have a copy of it- I would say do it every year to make sure you have the most current copy

Same thing happened with me and a torn bicep tendon. Denied twice by insurance for imaging until my dr referred me to a surgeon. Then they approved it. Try to get a specialist referral- they seem to have more pull with insurance companies.
