Haven't heard of work done on airborne microplastics on insects.

Previously we had shown a relationship between an increasing number of factors and declining ecosystem functioning using global surveys. This study finds that pattern also at a country-scale (China), and in deeper soil, not just surface soil.

Among other things, we find that there is an increase in antibiotic resistance genes when a large number of factors (eight in our case) acts on soil, compared to the 10 different single factors.
In this case, likely due to the increase of taxa carrying ARGs.
