The good news as I see it with this… if they get Darnold
Either he turns out to be ok because JS invested in the OLine and they’re competitive

JS is fired a year from now and the team is remade in McDonalds image (totally fine with this option long term)

And the second interception was pretty clearly not his fault.
They owe him at least one year of really investing in the offensive line (I know it’s a business and they don’t “owe” him anything but point stands)

HIIT, Tabata (with weight) & rowing workouts will be your friends if you don’t want to run/elliptical/etc
And what I used to tell clients when I was a trainer… losing weight takes time and it won’t be a linear progression. Don’t be hard on yourself. And eat a lot of fiber

Have to go 3-0 in the next three weeks. A cardinals team that I’m super confused as to why they’re so good and a dogshit jets team. 8-5 going into week 15 would be huge
