FIGHT in english means something slightly different than combat: i use it for anything _physical_ actually...

If you all were less jerks about us just being ourselves, you wouldn't struggle that much with discerning neurodivergent from bad behaviour.

People think we use our neurodivergence as an excuse because they perceive us as asking them to "tolerate" and "be patient with us" regarding or flaws (neurodivergent traits).
For them, an autistic person being direct or missing cues AND an autistic person being manipulative are the same thing;

Imagine if every time a black person spoke they had to prepend with "It's okay to be black, just don't go doing crime!"
I'm just saying: if neurodivergence was understood and accepted, you wouldn't feel under threat of someone using neurodivergence as an excuse

I've been meaning to start working out (to get some energy back) and I think I'll just have to do it tired

Destigmatization is so based. I can imagine a future with lots of education groups and reading material for people wanting to pursue this kind of work 😅;

The only reservation I ever had was that if it were legal, people could feel pressured to do it for financial reasons.
But, well, that does already happen anyways, so might as well make it destigmatized and safe!
