BLACK PEOPLE: Talk to the elders! Don’t fall for this! This is a LIE. BY LAW, he doesn’t even have the authority to offer this to you due to Impoundment Laws (meaning Congress has to approve this) and by law, the MAX he can offer is $25K for voluntary severance.
