Old hippie. Lived on "The Hill" in Boulder, CO Summer of 1967. Drugs, sex and R&R to the max made me a terminal Lib. I've done a lot of things in my life. Education: Math and Computer Science. Doesn't make me an expert. No DM's unless a friend.

A few more I hadn't followed. Thanks.

@madkid123.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. That mag warped my mind for many years.

This epitomizes my sense of humor. www.facebook.com/share/p/1BjS...

I've been spending much time tonight, following back. Many times someone's bio or a post hits a nerve. I love that, cause it makes me remember something. And it becomes somewhat of a personal connection. Thanks. Now it's time to take care of my aching back, and set the mattress on solid board.

@crustycob66.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. I'm the wrong gender to have a child, but "later in life" is something that resonates. All the experiences in life before that time made it worth while.

@onecaliberal.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. "abcdef" is my password for everything. How do you know that? 😂

Denver Post put it on page 2. The MSM is still not getting it.

@karacktekus.bsky.social Thanks for the follow And thanks for your service.

@cindyazblue.bsky.social Thanks for the follow back. Saw one of the first episodes of StarTrek at a 3.2 beer bar in Boulder, CO, Jan 1967 during the "holidays repeat season" that lasted from Xmas thru New Year's week. Everything that was great about ST is in ST4, "The Votage Home".

@illuminaughti.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. I saw the word "urfology" and thought it was urology. And "enthusiast" means one has knowledge I don't have. So doc, what's the prognosis. 😂

@calamityjane53.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. And thanks for being a "Non-Tesla" owner. If there are any heirs of Nicola Tesla's left, they should be suing Leon for defamation of the family name.

@chosela24.bsky.social You guys took us when we were trying to escape the Vietnam War. Please take us again.

@revolution2dot0.bsky.social That is quite a bio. Thanks for the follow.

@kcole0.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. My family in West Texas fits "redneck liberals" to a tee. They'd be their hunting rifles ready.

I totally agree. Mr. Carter is among the best people who has ever inhabited the planet. But in 1980, we chose the guy who promised to make us all rich. It came down to good vs evil. And we chose the latter. I can never forgive my generation for that.

So, I've been doing some intervals and shit, on my bike. Going to try a long one tomorrow. To see if I'm in shape for the old geezer nationals this year. I need my rest. Thanks for all the follows and follow backs. And have a good night.

This is by far the best laugh of the night. And it begs the question, why the fuck are we losing to these morons.

Eleven million is fantastic. Let's say we all build on that. And keep doubling it.

@paula2168.bsky.social Thanks for the follow back. Good will win over evil. And today was a good start. Now we need to figure out how to herd cats (us). And when we do...

All that bad shit this guy did, and he'll just die on us.

As a child of the 60's, I'm going to hold one to that.

@battleofdemocracy.bsky.social Thanks for the follow back. The problem with the world is there is not enough sarcasm in it.

@mamamalek.bsky.social Thanks for the follow back. Mom grew up on a farm in Michigan. And hated the farm life. So she left home at 15. She later bought the farm, and it's still in the family.

@jetstove.bsky.social Thanks for the follow. Had an english teacher in HS who took no prisoners. We got to do four Shakespeare plays in class, and a few others like Pygmalion, once we memorized The Canterbury Tales. One does not forget that experience.

@beirut40th.com Thank you for the follow back. I remember that Beirut incident like it was yesterday. And thinking how the fuck did we manage to elect Reagan.

In 1980, we had the choice between good and evil. And we chose, "unwisely". A quote from the first Indiana Jones where he was fighting the Nazi's. The Nazi's chose unwisely ithat time. And the good guys won. We have to make the new bad guys choose "unwisely". Instead of us.

Two phrases that need to be retired: “We are better than this.” (We’re not.) The U.S. president is “the leader of the free world.” (He’s not.)

I was stunned when I read this. open.substack.com/chat/posts/c...

Clouds on the walk with the pooch today. While he was off peeing on something, I snuck this shot in.

I see lots of stuff that grows in the smallest cracks. And without watering, or any other encouragement. Living things! I'm thinking we all should be taking some lessons from that.

@sjscentraltx.bsky.social Thank you for the follow.

www.wired.com/story/why-ev... Incredible article about the origin of life. Well worth the 20 minutes or so I read and digested it. The math works on this one.

Gotta keep these going. For fucking ever. Until 47 and company are dispatched

@heavenlyfran.bsky.social Thanks for the follow back.

@lynned444.bsky.social Thank you for the follow. And the answer is that it's not too much to ask. Fortunately, when one gets out into the wilderness, one immerses one's self and forgets about everything else. For a few fleeting moments, at least.

One last thing. In order to keep my sanity, I continue to scroll past any regurgitation by 47 and his appointed lackeys. I don't need to be reminded that it's hanging over our heads 24-7.

Thanks to all who have followed me back! Think I'm going to head outside for some fresh air.

On the eve of us turning into North Korea, This short piece is worth reading. open.substack.com/pub/schizoph...

Good time to ask this question again. Accountable when? And by whom. We? I'm happy to be part of that. So what's the plan.

Are there "baroness's" here in the US? Wouldn't they be like Leon's concubines?

Seems like the Drumpf family has been ignoring The Constitution for a number of years. So tell me, how did we end up with that Donald guy as president?

Seems like about 80 million people voted for that.
