In response to Trump’s 25% tariffs on Canadian goods, Canada announced 25% retaliatory tariffs on American goods — beer, wine, bourbon, fruits, vegetables, clothes, perfume, household appliances, plastic, lumber, etc. I bet Americans will soon learn a very painful lesson about how tariffs work, eh?

This week in rural MD, a Scottish woman was stopped by ICE on her way to visit her partner in the hospital. She had documents in hand to prove her relationship. The ICE officer became irate when he found out she was married to a woman - to the point where he had to be escorted from the hospital.
