If I can give you an advice, I lost 70lbs last year then stalled until I realized that I had to be careful with those industrial salads. They usually put inflammatory seed oils like Canola and Soybean oil in the dressing. It’s better if you buy your own “Primal Kitchen” dressing to go along with it.

I Platinumed it on PS4, got all the achievements on Xbox and Steam. I didn’t like it during my first regular playthrough but I LOVED it after the Trip campaign! It’s a really excellent game in my opinion! I could talk about it for an hour easy! The bosses could be better it’s true but they’re okay.
