Fighting an 'arc' boss last night. I threw an exploding dragon scale into a sack of acid viles to hit them for 105 damage. They had 106 hit points. Then they healed for 200+ damage and everything went to shit. 1 hit points away...

Spent a few days in training that covered how to de-escalate people who have a tenuous grip on the truth - folks who perceive themselves as the victim even if reality disagrees. This is awesome and I will teach/use it - but how do we do it on a national scale...
