Question for structure prediction folks -- is there a database out there that one could get the following information for proteins: (1) how good a structural prediction can be made for them (2) similar that structure is to structures w/ known functions

The Trump admin wants to cut the NSF's budget by 57%. In terms of directorates, EDU and ENG would see the biggest cuts at 75%, while MPS is looking at a ~67% cut. The proposal also defunds nearly all postdoc programs and slashes the NSF GRFP budget by 55%. More here: cen.acs.org/policy/resea...
